Currently when using our CRM integration feature the caller ID is replaced with a Call Reference Number which allows you to link your customer's records in your CRM to the phone calls that introduced them to you.
The good news is that our new feature allows you to look up the call information (including the caller ID) from our API using the Call Reference Number while still on the phone.
By using our real-time call status API you can also retrieve other information about the caller, such as the online Visitor ID and the initial marketing source that generated the call.
