Not reports. Direction.

Depending on the level of support you need, Professional Services includes

Strategic QBRs

Identify opportunities and set direction with our team, on a regular cadence.

Platform health checks

Make sure the data underneath your decisions is accurate and reliable.

Ongoing insight and recommendations

Understand what's driving performance and what to prioritise next.

AI configuration and optimisation

Improve the quality of your signals and outcomes so the data gets better over time.

Custom dashboards and analysis

Focus on the metrics that matter to your business rather than a standard view.

These are used to guide action, not to file. Every output ends with what to do next.

Better decisions, better performance, delivered consistently.

Choose your level of support
Three levels. Same principle.

Every package is built to keep you focused on what matters and improve performance over time. The difference is how much support and depth you need.

What changes when someone is always looking

See what's actually driving performance, not what the dashboard defaults to showing you.
Identify where you're losing revenue before it shows up in a quarterly number.
Focus on what will have the biggest impact. Prioritisation is the service. Insight is how we get there.
Act quickly with expert insight. Answers in days, from a team that's seen the pattern before.
An internal analyst has to serve the whole business. Our team works only on marketing and revenue performance, which is why the answers arrive faster.

Find the problem, then keep fixing what matters

Many teams start with a Rapid Insights Project: a fixed-scope, fixed-price piece of analysis that answers one specific question in weeks and delivers a prioritised action plan.

Professional Services is what comes next, or instead. It takes the broader view across your performance and keeps prioritising as things change, rather than answering once.

Start with whichever matches your question. A project is not automatically the smaller version of the same thing.

The Insights & Intelligence team

Our award-winning Insights & Intelligence team has helped hundreds of clients turn conversation data into commercial decisions.

They work with your call transcripts, keyword packs, and marketing data, and they specialise in marketing and revenue performance rather than general analytics.

If your analysts don't need the support but would still value the expertise, our keyword packs are built by the same team and road-tested on thousands of calls.

Professional Services FAQs

Infinity Professional Services is an ongoing subscription service in which Infinity’s Insights & Intelligence team analyses a customer’s conversation and marketing data and delivers continuous prioritised recommendations on what to improve.

It typically includes strategic QBRs, platform health checks, ongoing insight and recommendations, AI configuration and optimisation, and custom dashboards and analysis, at one of three levels: Foundation, Growth or Pro.

Support resolves problems with the platform and onboarding gets you running. Professional Services is about commercial performance: what your data is telling you and what to do about it.

The two don't overlap. Every Infinity customer has support and onboarding. Professional Services is an additional service for teams who want the analysis and prioritisation done with them.

Professional Services is ongoing and covers overall performance. A Rapid Insights Project is one-off, fixed-price, and answers a single specific question in two to five weeks.

Choose a project when you have one clear question or want proof before committing. Choose Professional Services when you have several challenges, or you want prioritisation maintained continuously rather than delivered once.

Foundation suits teams who want to stay on top of performance with regular reviews and guidance. Growth suits teams actively working to improve ROAS, conversion and performance. Pro suits complex setups spanning multiple teams, channels or markets.

The practical test is how much depth you need rather than how large you are. Start with the problem you want solved and the right level usually becomes obvious.

Most customers who use Professional Services have analysts. The difference is focus and capacity.

Our team works only on marketing and revenue performance from conversation data, and does not compete for internal resource against every other request in the business. In practice that means faster answers, and a second perspective from someone who's seen the same pattern across hundreds of accounts.

Reporting tells you what happened. Professional Services tells you what to do about it, in what order, and why.

Every output ends with prioritised recommendations rather than a set of charts. That's the distinction, and it's why the service exists: most teams are not short of reports.
