We kicked off the year with a bang by launching Smart Outcomes, and we haven’t slowed down since. The Infinity Hub’s heating up just in time for summer, with a host of new upgrades designed to help you do more with less.

Speedy Smart Match set up

Smart Match expertly connects revenue from calls back to the source and it helps our clients deliver some pretty game-changing results. We’re talking things like Stoneacre achieving a 21% increase in AOV and NFU Mutual upping their revenue per call by 31%.

To do this, you need to feed it the right data so it correctly matches the call in Infinity back to the sale in your system. But now it’s even easier to get it working perfectly with automatic checks which will flag data formatting issues before you upload anything.

More power against nuisance calls

Our upgraded spam call blocker does more than deflect robocallers, it lets you tailor the experience to match your brand. In one test, 13% of a client’s calls were flagged as robocallers. Our filter blocked them before they reached an agent, meaning they had more time to focus on taking care of customers, converting leads, and making sales.

Smart Outcomes is already a hit with over a quarter of our clients. But we’re not stopping there.

Now you can send feedback on summaries, intent, or outcomes directly to our engineers via the Infinity Hub. Select a predefined topic or drop in your thoughts, which will help us fine-tune the AI to work even better.

What this means for you: You shape how Smart Outcomes evolves and help us make even more improvements to the accuracy of our AI-powered conversation analytics.

More efficient number allocation in the Infinity Hub

We’ve enhanced how we track visitor behavior in the Infinity Hub. Now, you can see whether someone was active on your site before calling and how long they spent browsing when they made the call. This means we can allocate numbers more efficiently and give you a clearer view of pre-call engagement.

What this means for you: Better attribution without needing to order additional numbers.

Staying compliant across the globe

New regulations like STIR/SHAKEN in the US and MAN in France are cracking down on spam and fraud. They ensure voice calls are authenticated and can verify the caller, blocking them if they don’t meet the set standards. Because compliance is a top priority for us, we’ve made sure the Infinity Hub is ahead of the curve. We authenticate, verify, and deliver all calls seamlessly to their destination.
