More efficient number allocation in the Infinity Hub
We’ve enhanced how we track visitor behavior in the Infinity Hub. Now, you can see whether someone was active on your site before calling and how long they spent browsing when they made the call. This means we can allocate numbers more efficiently and give you a clearer view of pre-call engagement.

Staying compliant across the globe
New regulations like STIR/SHAKEN in the US and MAN in France are cracking down on spam and fraud. They ensure voice calls are authenticated and can verify the caller, blocking them if they don’t meet the set standards.
