The short version
Infinity is likely the stronger fit if you want to:
- Connect calls to realised revenue and feed that signal into your bidding platforms – Smart Match and Smart Outcomes are built specifically for this
- Operate across multiple markets: Infinity provides call tracking numbers and coverage across 75+ countries, with formal ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Level 1 certification
- Easily activate call signals across a broader set of advertising platforms – Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn and Campaign Manager 360
- Get a dedicated Customer Success relationship, an Insights & Intelligence team, Rapid Insights Projects and Professional Services, rather than a self–serve platform
- Support an enterprise or mid–market operation: Infinity's G2 reviewer base is 30.1% enterprise and 41.8% mid–market, against 0% enterprise for Nimbata.
Nimbata may fit better in a number of genuine cases:
- You're an agency managing many smaller client accounts and want unlimited client sub–accounts, per–client billing and white–label dashboards from one login
- You want to write your own call–qualification rules in plain language and build custom dashboards without vendor configuration
- You value a self–serve experience
- A lower entry cost and self–managed setup matter more than a dedicated account relationship and support with achieving your commercial goals at your current stage.
Nimbata is a genuinely capable platform for the small–business market it's built for, with AI and flexible self–serve options. We're not going to dispute that. Where this page focuses instead is fit – and where Nimbata's own comparison of Infinity gets specific facts wrong, which we address directly further down.
Proof up front
Infinity is designed to help marketing teams activate the insight that customers offer up on calls.
From optimising paid media spend to uncovering trends that cand be used to improve conversion rates and inform future product development, Infinity’s AI is being used by some of the world’s best marketing teams to build pipeline more quickly, recover lost revenue, and lift overall return on marketing spend.
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines used Smart Outcomes to identify calls showing genuine booking intent and fed those signals back into Google Ads. The result:
Stoneacre used Infinity’s call outcome tracking to fuel paid media optimisation. The result:
Circle Health benefited from integrating Infinity into their core marketing and sales workflows, improving customer journey understanding and in turn:
Infinity is also trusted by agencies in need of a reliable solution for AI-driven call optimisation and offline revenue tracking, notably playing a key role in several paid media award wins. Unlike many providers, we have a dedicated parter team and certification programme which exists to help agencies leverage the full potential of their clients call analytics data.
Smart Outcomes was an obvious next step in getting the most out of our digital marketing investment. Getting high-quality data on customer intent from Smart Outcomes and feeding it back into our bidding platforms has been crucial in optimising our targeting.

Why Infinity is different
Self-serve platforms hand you the controls. That works while the questions are simple. Our starting point is different: the commercial outcome you’re trying to improve, and the combination of call tracking, AI, CRM data and integrations that gets you there – because that’s what a first-party call outcome signal is actually for: giving performance marketers something they can act on, not just something they can report.
A solution shaped around your growth model
We scope the right combination of Call Tracking, AI, CRM data, revenue matching and activation around your customer purchase journey, the length and complexity of your sales cycle, the volume and quality of your conversions, your average order value, and the platforms controlling your marketing investment. You get a solution built to create measurable value – without your team carrying the configuration burden.
Signals designed for
your bidding strategy
Not every campaign should optimise towards the same conversion. A high volume of immediate phone sales points to sending revenue into value-based bidding. A longer sales cycle usually needs an earlier signal – strong buying intent, an appointment request, a qualified opportunity. We help you choose between call signals, context signals, intent signals, outcome signals and revenue signals based on how your customers actually buy, each feeding your bidding platforms with something more useful than “a call happened.”
AI that connects insight to action
Conversation Analytics identifies why customers call, what happened in the conversation, and whether it produced a valuable outcome – automatically, across every call, with searchable transcripts and summaries so you can analyse conversations at scale. Smart Outcomes and Conversion Barriers turn that analysis into specific, ready-built applications, each mapped to a commercial question. Smart Voice extends the same loop to missed and out-of-hours calls – answering the caller, understanding why they’re getting in touch, capturing lead details and supporting booking workflows, then feeding that conversation back into Infinity as structured data; helping you recover revenue and powerful optimisation signals.
A true closed loop from campaign to revenue
Infinity connects the campaign, keyword and customer journey to the resulting phone conversation, the customer’s intent and outcome, the downstream CRM or sales result, the revenue created, and the signal returned to the platforms controlling your future spend. Rather than reporting which campaigns generated calls, we help you see which activity generated the right calls, the right outcomes and the revenue to prove it.
Integrations built around the workflow, not the logo
We provide an extensive set of out-of-the-box integrations across advertising, analytics, CRM, reporting and marketing technology, backed by APIs, webhooks and Professional Services. An integration logo doesn’t guarantee your specific workflow works – so we start with what data needs to move, where it needs to appear, when, what action it should trigger, and how you’ll measure success.
Enterprise capability
with a hands-on partner
We support high-volume, multi-location and multi-market organisations without losing sight of what an individual customer is trying to achieve: a Success Plan aligned to your objectives, dedicated Customer Success, 24/7 support, regular Business Reviews, access to Solutions and Professional Services as needed. The goal isn’t to deploy technology – it’s to keep improving how your conversations create value.
The Infinity Loop Fit Check
A fairer way to compare than a feature list
Most comparisons turn into a tick-box feature list.
We don’t think that’s the right test, because ticking a box tells you a feature exists – it doesn’t tell you whether it will move your marketing performance.
Every Infinity solution is built around the same loop: Capture the customer journey and conversation. Signal what it means – intent, outcome, value. Prioritise the calls and campaigns that matter most. Activate that signal in the platforms controlling your spend. We think that’s also the fairer lens for comparing any call analytics platform, Nimbata included.
The Infinity loop
How Infinity makes it happen
The Infinity Loop helps marketers capture, structure and act on the signals hidden inside customer conversations
What is the Infinity loop?
Marketing is a continuous cycle of measuring, learning, and improving.
But most optimisation decisions are made using incomplete signals, because customer conversations never make it into the process.
Infinity closes that gap by transforming first-party conversation data into AI-driven signals that reveal what's happening, what's blocking conversion, and where to act next.
Every signal makes your loop smarter – helping you improve performance, reduce waste, and grow revenue faster.
The result?
Better attribution. Richer signals. Smarter optimisation. Improved ROAS and ROI.
More confident decisions that drive better results
| Loop stage | The questions to ask | Nimbata | Infinity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Capture | Does it connect the full journey behind every call – not just the fact one happened? | Call and form attribution. | Visitor–level tracking connects campaign, keyword and journey to the call – and to what happened afterwards – across 75+ countries, for supporting small and enterprise organisation operating at scale. |
| Signal | Does it turn the conversation into intent, outcome and value signals? | AI transcription, summaries, sentiment, auto–classification requiring custom qualification rules. | Conversation Analytics automatically analyses every call for intent, outcome and objections, with Smart Outcomes and Conversion Barriers shipping as ready–built applications, each mapped to a specific commercial question rather than a rule you write yourself. Infinity’s in-house Insights & Intelligence team can scope and produce custom reports and insight packs as part of the professional services offered to support growth. |
| Prioritise | Does it show which calls, campaigns and customers are actually worth acting on? | Custom dashboards, funnel–stage segmentation and a drag–and–drop workflow builder for tagging, scoring and syncing calls. | Dedicated tools like Conversion Barriers shows why good calls don't convert; tools like Smart Match and our CRM integrations shows which calls convert to revenue – both built specifically around a marketing–performance question. |
| Activate | Does the signal reach the platforms controlling your spend, without heavy build? | Pushes qualified calls and outcomes into Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho CRM, per Nimbata's own published integrations. | Extensive integrations built specifically for marketing activation – Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, Campaign Manager 360 – plus APIs and Professional Services for support with configuration. |
Nimbata’s Signal and Prioritise tooling is flexible. Infinity’s case is strongest in Activate – reaching advertising platforms beyond Google Ads and GA4 – and in Capture and Signal at the scale and compliance depth a larger, multi-market organisation needs.

What independent
reviewers say
On the current G2 comparison, Nimbata holds a 4.7–star rating from 29 reviews; Infinity holds 4.6 stars from 167. Nimbata's sample is small and drawn almost entirely from one segment, so treat its scores as a genuine but narrow data point rather than a broad average.
Nimbata currently rates higher on meeting requirements, ease of use, ease of setup, ease of administration and product direction; Infinity rates higher on quality of support and being a good partner in doing business.
The sharpest structural difference is company size: 93.1% of Nimbata's G2 reviews come from small businesses, with 0% from enterprise and 6.9% mid–market, against 41.8% mid–market and 30.1% enterprise for Infinity. G2 lists Speech Analytics Software as a category unique to Infinity; Conversation Intelligence and Inbound Call Tracking are shared by both.

Setting the record straight
on Nimbata's own comparison page
Nimbata publishes its own “Infinity vs Nimbata” page. Fairness matters to us, so where it makes a reasonable point, we say so. Where it states something about Infinity that the evidence doesn’t support, we correct it, with sources – so you know it’s not just our opinion.
Where Nimbata's page is fair
Nimbata’s own comparison openly states that Infinity is the better choice for large enterprises or contact centres needing hosted PBX and telephony integration, for regulated industries needing formal certifications like ISO 27001 and PCI DSS, and for teams that want a high-touch relationship with a named account manager and an established customer success programme. That’s a reasonable, accurate summary of where Infinity is built to lead, in Nimbata’s own words.
G2 also independently supports Nimbata’s ease-of-use claim: it currently rates higher than Infinity on ease of use, setup and administration, and its agency-focused tooling – unlimited client sub-accounts, per-client billing, white-label dashboards – is a model we don’t compete on.
Where the evidence doesn't support Nimbata's claims
Nimbata’s page states that Infinity offers no clear link between spend and outcomes, and no revenue and value attribution. That doesn’t reflect Infinity’s core capabilities: Smart Match and Smart Outcomes exist specifically to connect calls to relevant outcomes and realised revenue and feed that signal into bidding platforms. As we mentioned above, Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines used exactly this capability to achieve a 16% increase in return on Google Ads spend. These are published, sourced results that contributed to multiple award wins for Fred. Olsen and their agency Accord Marketing – not a feature that’s missing.
Nimbata’s page also states that Infinity offers no custom dashboards and limited reporting capabilities. G2’s own independent review data doesn’t support that characterisation: Infinity’s Advanced Reporting feature scores 8.6 from 80 reviews, and G2’s AI-generated summary of the comparison itself notes that reviewers favour Infinity’s reporting, describing it as “akin to having a mini Google Analytics.” In-house, we also have a team dedicated to providing expert analysis that helps you turn your call data into actionable commercial decisions.
Beyond the software
Professional Services and Rapid Insights Projects
Software surfaces the data. Knowing exactly what to do with it is often the harder part – and it’s one of the clearest examples of what a consultative partner means in practice, and why for many organisations it’s a better option than self-serve.
Acting on insight is the only way to make sure it improves your performance. So we’ve built more than one route to make that easy.
If you've got a specific question - why leads aren’t converting, where spend is being wasted, what’s causing drop-off in a journey – a Rapid Insights Project gives you a fixed-price, fixed-scope answer, typically in a matter of weeks: our Insights & Intelligence team digs into your call transcripts, keyword data and marketing activity, and comes back with a clear, prioritised action plan rather than another dashboard.
If the need is ongoing rather than a single question - Professional Services gives you continuous access to that same expertise – regular reviews, prioritisation and guidance so insight keeps turning into action as your goals change. Support scales from periodic reviews up to deep, ongoing technical partnership, depending on how much help you need.
Nimbata’s own site points to a self-serve platform with a dedicated migration specialist for onboarding. We haven’t found a dedicated insights or professional-services function publicised alongside it, which is a different model to a scoped, ongoing analytical partnership. If that’s part of your evaluation, ask about it directly.
Call tracking and marketing attribution
Nimbata’s foundation is capable: dynamic number insertion, call and form attribution, keyword-level tracking and number porting. Infinity’s Call Tracking adds visitor-level insight that connects the channel, campaign and keyword behind every call to the pages visited before and wht happends after the conversation, across 75+ countries.
Conversation
intelligence and AI
Nimbata’s offer includes transcription, AI–generated summaries, sentiment analysis, auto–classification, and custom qualification rules and fields you define yourself.
Where the two differ is packaging. Nimbata's AI is built to be configured: you write the rules, define the custom fields, and build the dashboard.
Conversation Analytics is built to turn that same underlying analysis into ready–built applications mapped to specific commercial questions, without you having to author the logic yourself:
- Smart Outcomes identifies intent and outcome on every call out of the box, and is designed specifically to feed paid–media bidding across Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn and Campaign Manager 360 – see Paid Media Optimisation below.
- Conversion Barriers takes the same underlying analysis and applies it to a different question: not what happened, but why a good call didn't convert – see Conversion Improvement below.
- Smart Voice extends the same loop to calls that never got answered at all – see Revenue Recovery below.
Neither approach is objectively better in isolation. If you want to write your own qualification logic and build your own dashboards, Nimbata's flexibility is a genuine strength. If you want a signal that's already built for a specific marketing question and already helping other teams in your space improve performance, activated across a wider set of ad platforms, that's what Conversation Analytics is for. Custom reports are available through both solutions - one just helps you act more quickly.
Applied to your use case
Signals only matter if they change a result.
Here's how the Conversation Analytics suite and its applications map onto the three outcomes marketing teams usually come to this page to solve.
Paid media optimisation
Call Tracking connects every call to the campaign, advert and keyword that generated it. Smart Outcomes and Smart Match then turn that call into an intent, outcome and revenue signal fed straight into Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn and Campaign Manager 360 – so bidding optimises towards value, not call volume, across a broader media mix than Google Ads and GA4 alone.
Conversion improvement
Conversation Analytics and Conversion Barriers analyse conversations at scale to find the recurring objections, information gaps and journey friction stopping high–intent prospects from converting – then connect those patterns back to the campaigns and journeys that created them, so you know what to fix first.
Pendragon used this approach to achieve a 64% reduction in cost per acquisition and a 66% reduction in purchase–journey friction; Blue Bay Travel saw a 62.5% uplift in conversions.
Revenue recovery
Missed and out–of–hours calls are demand you've already paid to create. Smart Voice answers when your team can't, understands why the caller is getting in touch and captures the enquiry.
With Infinity’s revenue recovery solutions Ontrack achieved 93% fewer missed calls alongside a 45% boost in sales leads; Ramsay Health Care achieved 74% fewer missed calls.
CRM and revenue attribution
Smart Match connects confirmed sales and revenue to the call and marketing activity that generated them – helping you measure true ROI, identify the campaigns producing higher–value customers, support value–based bidding, and shift budget away from activity that creates volume without revenue.
This is the capability Nimbata's own comparison page describes Infinity as lacking; it is, in fact, one of Infinity's most established features, helping numerous clients generate impressive results.
Infinity's Caller Insight integration brings marketing source, keyword, visitor activity and call information into Salesforce; Leads can be created directly from calls, and downstream outcomes flow back to Infinity, matched to the originating conversation and marketing journey.
We also offer a native HubSpot integration and support other CRM workflows through APIs, webhooks and tailored services. Nimbata integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho CRM, per its own published integrations, and pushes qualified calls and deal values into those systems automatically, like Infinity.
A note on agency
and multi–client fit
If you're an agency running many smaller client accounts, Nimbata's model is well suited to that job: unlimited client sub–accounts, per–client billing and white–label dashboards from a single login, alongside an agency partner programme. If running many small client accounts from one login is the primary requirement, that's a genuine, fair reason Nimbata may be the better fit.
If you want a partner that works with you directly to help extract the maximum value from your clients’ call data – with a dedicated agency team, pitch support and a certification programme behind you – it’s worth a conversation with us.
Integrations
and technology fit
Infinity provides an extensive set of out–of–the–box integrations,
supported by REST APIs, real-time caller-context APIs, call-event webhooks, CRM outcome feeds, and call, visit, goal and transaction exports, plus Professional Services for anything more tailored. Nimbata publishes integrations with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho CRM, alongside an API for custom builds and a drag-and-drop workflow builder for automating call handling.
Whichever way you’re leaning, don’t decide on integration logo counts. Ask whether the specific integration you need exists, whether it supports your exact workflow, what data moves in each direction, whether it needs extra development, who maintains it, and what commercial decision it will actually improve.
Implementation
and time to value
A good implementation starts well before the tracking script. We begin by understanding your business objectives, key journeys and conversion points, telephony and number requirements, CRM and advertising workflows, reporting needs, and the signals most useful to your bidding platforms – all of which shape your Success Plan and rollout.
Typical time to value: Call Tracking live within a week; outcome signals improving optimisation from around day 30; revenue signals driving measurable ROAS and CAC improvement within 90 days.
Value, not just price
Nimbata publishes a lower entry cost than Infinity and offers a free trial with self-managed setup – a fair point of comparison, particularly for a smaller team or agency weighing cost against scope.
The more useful comparison isn’t the headline monthly fee on either side. It’s whether the advertising platforms you use go beyond Google Ads and GA4, whether formal security certification matters for your industry, and how much expert help you want built into the relationship as your needs grow. We’ll work with you to scope a solution around the outcomes you need, rather than equate value with the lowest entry cost.
Which platform is the better fit?
We think Infinity is the stronger choice when you’re operating across multiple markets and locations, when you need call and revenue signals activated across a wider set of advertising platforms than Google Ads and GA4, when formal security certification matters to your industry, and when a dedicated Customer Success and insights relationship matters more than a self-serve dashboard. Nimbata’s own comparison page agrees with this, in its own words, for enterprise, regulated and high-touch use cases.
Nimbata is a strong choice in a genuine set of cases: you’re an agency managing multiple client accounts and want unlimited sub-accounts and white-label billing, you want to write your own qualification rules and build your own dashboards without support, or a lower entry cost and self-managed setup matter most at your current stage.
Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on scale and structure more than capability. If you’re a single organisation operating across multiple markets or advertising platforms and want a dedicated support relationship, Infinity is built for that. If you’re an agency running many smaller client accounts, or want full self-serve control over qualification rules and dashboards, Nimbata may be a better option.
Nimbata is a self-serve call intelligence platform built for smaller businesses. Infinity is built for organisations with more complexity – multiple markets or brands – with formal security certification, broader advertising-platform reach and a dedicated Customer Success relationship.
Yes. Smart Match and Smart Outcomes connect calls to realised revenue and feed that signal into bidding platforms, including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn and Campaign Manager 360. Nimbata's own comparison page states Infinity lacks this; published customer results – including Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines' 16% increase in return on Google Ads spend – and award wins say otherwise.
Yes. Infinity's Advanced Reporting feature is independently rated 8.6 on G2 from 80 reviews, and G2's own summary of the Infinity–Nimbata comparison notes that reviewers describe Infinity's reporting as "akin to having a mini Google Analytics." This directly contradicts a claim on Nimbata's own comparison page.
Yes. Conversation Analytics automatically analyses every call to identify intent, objections and trends, with Smart Outcomes and Conversion Barriers as ready–built applications on top. Nimbata also offers AI capability – transcription, summaries, sentiment and plain–English custom qualification rules – built around configuration rather than ready–built applications. If you want to get started quickly, and benefit from experience that’s helping others in your space drive impressive results, Infinity’s ready built solutions are likely a better fit for you.
For agencies wanting to manage multiple smaller client accounts and offer white-label dashboards, Nimbata is probably a better fit. If you’re looking for a robust and secure platform with AI geared towards helping your clients improve paid media optimisation, conversion rates, and revenue recovery Infinity is a stronger fit. It’s also worth considering how much dedicated support matters to you and your team. Infinity’s partnership team and certifications are a real benefit if you want to help arm your team with everything they need to drive better results for your clients with call data.
Nimbata publishes a lower headline entry price. The more useful comparison is total cost and time to value against what you actually need – advertising–platform reach, certification requirements and support model – not the headline subscription alone.
Yes. Moving provider involves updating your tracking numbers and script, alongside recreating any integrations, reporting and historical comparisons you rely on. Infinity's Customer Success team will help you plan the migration and protect continuity through the switch.
Yes. Rapid Insights Projects give you a fixed–price, fixed–scope answer to a specific question – such as why leads aren't converting or where spend is being wasted – typically within a matter of weeks. Professional Services gives you ongoing access to the same expertise for continuous prioritisation as your goals change.
So, which should you choose?
The right platform is the one built for the scale and structure your business actually has – whether you’re an enterprise organisation with multi-market complexity and stringent security requirements, or an agency running many client accounts. We’ll help you map your customer journey, the calls and outcomes that create value, your CRM and revenue data, your paid-media strategy across every platform you use, and the fastest route to measurable improvement.
