The short version

Choose Infinity

Infinity is likely the stronger fit if you want to:

  • Connect marketing activity and customer journeys to calls, outcomes and revenue - not just log that a call happened
  • Get AI-generated intent, outcome and revenue signals, ready and proven to impact performance
  • Optimise paid media using outcome and value signals, not call volume alone
  • Have expert help - an Insights & Intelligence team, Rapid Insights Projects, Professional Services — built into the relationship
  • Operate across multiple locations, brands or markets with dedicated onboarding, Customer Success and enterprise-grade security as you scale.
Consider Mediahawk

Mediahawk may fit better in a narrower set of cases:

  • Your need today is straightforward call tracking and multi-channel attribution, nothing more
  • You're a smaller team without the call volume to justify a full conversation-intelligence layer yet
  • You want to manage IVR changes yourself directly inside the platform
  • Published, lower entry-level pricing matters more at this stage than platform depth

Proof up front

Specsavers

Specsavers used Infinity's Call Tracking and Conversation Analytics to better understand the calls driving its paid media performance. The result:

32% Reduction in cost per acquisition
59% Boost in rate of PPC visits that led to calls

It's been incredible to see the amount of data and insight we've been missing – Conversation Analytics has been hugely eye-opening to say the least.

Digital Performance Manager, Specsavers

Why Infinity is different

Anyone can hand you a longer feature list. The question that decides your next quarter is what outcome the platform actually moves. So we start there – the commercial outcome you’re trying to improve – and build the combination of call tracking, AI, CRM data and activation that gets you to it. That’s what a first-party call outcome signal is for: something performance marketers can act on, not just something they can report.

A solution shaped around your growth model

We shape the right combination of Call Tracking, AI, CRM data, revenue matching and activation around your customer purchase journey, the length and complexity of your sales cycle, the volume and quality of your conversions, your average order value, and the platforms controlling your marketing investment. As your call volumes and ambitions grow, the platform grows with you – you’re not migrating onto a different tier of product to get there.

Signals designed for
your bidding strategy

Not every campaign should optimise towards the same conversion. High volumes of immediate phone sales suit revenue fed into value-based bidding; a longer sales cycle usually needs an earlier signal – strong buying intent, an appointment request, a qualified opportunity – to move performance faster. We help you choose the right signal for how your customers actually buy: call signals, context signals, intent signals, outcome signals and revenue signals, each feeding your bidding platforms with something more useful than “a call happened.”

AI that connects insight to action, from day one

Conversation Analytics identifies why customers call, what happened in the conversation, and whether it produced a valuable outcome – with searchable transcripts and summaries so you can analyse conversations at scale, and automatic redaction of sensitive details like card numbers so you can record and store calls without compromising on privacy. Smart Voice extends the same loop to missed and out-of-hours calls – answering the caller, understanding why they’re getting in touch, capturing lead details and supporting booking workflows, then feeding that conversation back into Infinity as structured data.

A true closed loop from campaign to revenue

Infinity connects the campaign, keyword and customer journey to the resulting phone conversation, the customer’s intent and outcome, the downstream CRM or sales result, the revenue created, and the signal returned to the platforms controlling your future spend. Not just which campaigns generated calls – which activity generated the right calls, the right outcomes and the revenue to prove it.

Integrations built around the workflow, not the logo

We provide an extensive range of out-of-the-box integrations across advertising, analytics, CRM, reporting and marketing technology as standard, backed by APIs, webhooks and Professional Services for anything more tailored. An integration logo doesn’t guarantee your specific workflow works – so we start with what data needs to move, where it needs to appear, when, what action it should trigger, and how you’ll measure success.

Enterprise capability
with a hands-on partner

We support high-volume, multi-location and multi-market organisations without losing sight of what an individual customer is trying to achieve: a Success Plan aligned to your objectives, dedicated Customer Success, 24/7 support, regular Business Reviews, access to Solutions and Professional Services, and executive sponsorship for strategic accounts. That partnership runs on certified foundations – ISO 27001, PCI DSS Level 1, GDPR data controls, multi-zone cloud availability – set out on our security and stability page. The goal isn’t to deploy technology – it’s to keep improving how your conversations create value.

The Infinity Loop Fit Check
A fairer way to compare than a feature list

A tick-box list tells you a feature exists. It doesn’t tell you whether it’s included, whether it’s configured, or whether it will move your marketing performance. Those are three different questions, and on this comparison they matter.

Every Infinity solution is built around the same loop: Capture the customer journey and conversation. Signal what it means – intent, outcome, value. Prioritise the calls and campaigns that matter most. Activate that signal in the platforms controlling your spend. We think that loop is the fairer lens for comparing any call analytics platform, Mediahawk included.

The Infinity loop
How Infinity makes it happen

The Infinity Loop helps marketers capture, structure and act on the signals hidden inside customer conversations

1. Capture
Capture every customer conversation and connect it to the activity that drove it.
2. Signal
Turn conversations into intent, outcome, and revenue signals.
3. Prioritise
Identify what’s driving performance – and what’s holding it back.
4. Activate
Push insights into campaigns, platforms, and teams.

What is the Infinity loop?

Marketing is a continuous cycle of measuring, learning, and improving.

But most optimisation decisions are made using incomplete signals, because customer conversations never make it into the process.

Infinity closes that gap by transforming first-party conversation data into AI-driven signals that reveal what's happening, what's blocking conversion, and where to act next.

Every signal makes your loop smarter – helping you improve performance, reduce waste, and grow revenue faster.

Loop stage The questions to ask Mediahawk Infinity
Capture Does it connect the full journey behind every call — not just the fact one happened? Provides dynamic number insertion and multi-channel attribution across online and offline sources. Visitor-level tracking realised through dynamic number insertion connects campaign, keyword and journey to the call — and to what happened afterwards, so attribution and outcome sit in one place rather than two.
Signal Does it turn the conversation into intent, outcome and value signals — and does it come as standard, or as an extra? Conversation analysis is available as a paid add-on on higher-tier plans Conversation Analytics that can be deployed flexibly, with Smart Outcomes and Conversion Barriers as ready-built applications designed to solve specific commercial challenges quickly and selectively — working from day one, not a model or add-on you have to configure.
Prioritise Does it show which calls, campaigns and customers are actually worth acting on? Offers call-to-sale matching on a higher-tier plan; no packaged tool for diagnosing why calls don't convert. Conversion Barriers shows why good calls don't convert; Smart Match and a range of CRM integration options shows which calls convert to revenue —  both built to answer critical performance quesiotns for marketers.
Activate Does the signal reach the platforms controlling your spend, without heavy build? Connects to core paid and analytics platforms; broader API and CRM access sits on a higher-tier plan. A full set of  integrations built specifically for marketing activation — Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, Campaign Manager 360 — plus APIs and Professional Services accessible and not gated behind a higher tier.

What independent
reviewers say

On the current G2 comparison, Infinity holds a 4.6-star rating from 157 reviews; Mediahawk holds 3.7 stars from 5 reviews. That's a genuinely small sample for Mediahawk, so treat its score as directional rather than definitive — but it's consistent with the wider pattern: Infinity leads on every measure with enough reviews to compare, and G2 doesn't yet have enough Mediahawk data for several categories at all.

Reviewer profiles tell a similar story: 80% of Mediahawk's reviewers are small-business users, against 43.8% mid-market and 27.1% enterprise for Infinity. G2 also lists Conversation Intelligence Software as a category Infinity qualifies for that Mediahawk doesn't — independent confirmation of the gap in the Fit Check above, not just our own claim.

Beyond the software
Professional Services and Rapid Insights Projects

Data on its own doesn’t change performance. Someone deciding what to do with it does. That’s the part of the relationship we’ve built a team around.

Rapid Insights Project

If you've got a specific questionwhy leads aren’t converting, where spend is being wasted, what’s causing drop-off in a journey – a Rapid Insights Project gives you a fixed-price, fixed-scope answer, typically in a matter of weeks: our Insights & Intelligence team digs into your call transcripts, keyword data and marketing activity, and comes back with a clear, prioritised action plan rather than another dashboard.

Professional Services

If the need is ongoing rather than a single question, Professional Services gives you continuous access to that same expertise – regular reviews, prioritisation and guidance so insight keeps turning into action as your goals change, scaling from periodic reviews up to deep, ongoing technical partnership.

Call tracking and marketing attribution

Both platforms provide dynamic number insertion that connects phone enquiries to digital marketing activity across online and offline sources – making both capable if attribution is your only requirement. Infinity’s Call Tracking adds visitor and session-level context, and maintains the same connected journey through to conclusion, so attribution and outcome sit in one place rather than two. Giving you meaningful data to act on.

call-tracking-and-marketing-attribution

Conversation
intelligence and AI

This is where the two platforms diverge most. Conversation Analytics is Infinity’s AI layer: it transcribes and analyses every call automatically, identifies intent, questions, objections and emerging trends, redacts sensitive information, and makes all of it searchable.

Mediahawk offers conversation analysis as a paid add-on, available only on its higher-tier plan. That’s a reasonable option if you’re not yet ready to commit to a full conversation-intelligence layer – but it means the capability sits behind extra cost and set-up rather than being part of the core platform from day one, and G2 doesn’t currently list Mediahawk under Conversation Intelligence Software as a category at all.

We've developed Conversation Analytics to be impactful, flexible, and fast to deploy; with ready-built applications already sitting on top of it, each aimed at a specific job:

  • Smart Outcomes identifies intent and outcome on every call out of the box, and is designed specifically to feed paid-media bidding — see Paid Media Optimisation below.
  • Conversion Barriers takes the same underlying analysis and applies it to a different question: not what happened, but why a good call didn't convert — see Conversion Improvement below.
  • Smart Voice extends the loop to calls that never got answered at all — see Revenue Recovery below.

Applied to your use case

Signals only matter if they change a result.

Here's how the Conversation Analytics suite and its applications map onto the three outcomes marketing teams usually come to this page to solve.

Paid media optimisation

Call Tracking connects every call to the campaign, advert and keyword that generated it. Smart Outcomes and Smart Match then turn that call into an intent, outcome and revenue signal fed straight into Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, and Campaign Manager 360 – so bidding optimises towards value, not call volume.

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines used Smart Outcomes to identify calls showing genuine booking intent and fed those signals back into Google Ads: a 16% increase in return on Google Ads spend and a 37% year-on-year increase in revenue.

Explore Paid Media Optimisation

Conversion improvement

Conversation Analytics and Conversion Barriers analyse conversations at scale to find the recurring objections, information gaps and journey friction stopping high-intent prospects from converting – then connect those patterns back to the campaigns and journeys that created them, so you know what to fix first.

Pendragon used this approach to achieve a 64% reduction in cost per acquisition and a 66% reduction in purchase-journey friction; Blue Bay Travel saw a 62.5% uplift in conversions.

Explore Conversion Improvement

Revenue recovery

Missed and out-of-hours calls are demand you’ve already paid to create. Smart Voice answers when your team can’t, understands why the caller is getting in touch and captures the enquiry, while Smart Match and CRM integrations attribute the recovered value back to its original campaign.

Ontrack achieved 93% fewer missed calls alongside a 45% boost in sales leads; Ramsay Health Care achieved 74% fewer missed calls.

Explore Revenue Recovery

CRM and revenue attribution

Smart Match connects confirmed sales and revenue to the call and marketing activity that generated them – helping you measure true ROI, identify the campaigns producing higher-value customers, support value-based bidding, and shift budget away from activity that creates volume without revenue.

Infinity’s Caller Insight integration brings marketing source, keyword, visitor activity and call information into Salesforce; Leads can be created directly from calls, and downstream outcomes flow back to Infinity, matched to the originating conversation and marketing journey. We also offer a native HubSpot integration and support other CRM workflows through APIs, webhooks and tailored services. Mediahawk includes HubSpot on its entry plan; broader CRM connections, including Salesforce, are available on request on its higher-tier plan.

Support and how you get set up

Both platforms are cloud-based and quick to implement — Dynamic Number Insertion typically means adding a single script to your site, and neither requires significant development work to get started.

Where they differ is what's included once you're live. Infinity pairs onboarding with a dedicated Customer Success Manager, 24/7 support, an Insights & Intelligence team and Professional Services for teams that need them. We haven't seen an equivalent dedicated insights function publicised as part of Mediahawk's offering, though its account-review cadence is a reasonable model for a smaller team with simpler needs.

Integrations
and technology fit

Infinity provides a full set of out-of-the-box integrations, supported by REST APIs, real-time caller-context APIs, call-event webhooks, CRM outcome feeds, and call, visit, goal and transaction exports, plus Professional Services for anything more tailored. Mediahawk covers core integrations including Google Ads, Meta and HubSpot on its entry plan; broader API, webhook and some CRM access are positioned as higher-tier or on-request additions.

The comparison worth making isn’t logo counts. Ask whether the specific integration you need exists on the plan you’re actually being quoted, whether it supports your exact workflow, what data moves in each direction, and what commercial decision it will actually improve.

Implementation
and time to value

Implementation isn’t just a tracking script going live. We start by understanding your business objectives, key journeys and conversion points, telephony and number requirements, CRM and advertising workflows, reporting needs, and the signals most useful to your bidding platforms – all of which shape your Success Plan and rollout.

Typical time to value: Call Tracking live within a week; outcome signals improving optimisation from around day 30; revenue signals driving measurable ROAS and CAC improvement within 90 days.

implementation-and-time-to-value

Value, not just price

Mediahawk’s published starting price is genuinely lower, and if call tracking alone is the job, that’s a real consideration. But the more useful comparison isn’t the headline monthly fee on either side. It’s what you can do with your call data at each price point, and what’s included as standard versus what becomes a later add-on as you grow.

We’ll work with you to scope a solution around the outcomes you need, rather than equate value with the number of features switched on. If conversation intelligence, paid-media signal and revenue attribution are part of what you need now – or will be within the next year – weigh the total cost of getting there on each platform, not just the entry price.

pricing-and-total-value

Which platform is the better fit?

We think Infinity is the stronger choice when you want conversation intelligence, paid-media signal and revenue attribution built in rather than bolted on later; when you need expert support – an Insights & Intelligence team, Rapid Insights Projects, Professional Services – as part of the relationship; and when you’re operating, or plan to operate, across multiple locations, brands or markets with the security certification that scale demands.

Mediahawk is a reasonable choice in a narrower set of cases: your need today is genuinely limited to call tracking and attribution, your team doesn’t yet have the call volume to justify a conversation-intelligence layer, or published entry-level pricing is the deciding factor at this stage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, particularly once you need more than call tracking and attribution – conversation intelligence, AI-driven paid-media signals, revenue attribution or dedicated expert support. Mediahawk remains a reasonable option where your need is genuinely limited to entry-level call tracking.

Mediahawk is built around call tracking and multi-channel attribution, with conversation analysis available as a paid add-on on a higher-tier plan. Infinity handles basc call attribution, nut the real difference is in the conversation-intelligence layer, AI-driven signals for paid media and conversion, and closed-loop revenue attribution capabilities.

Mediahawk offers a conversation/speech-analysis feature as a paid add-on, available only on its higher-tier plan. Infinity offers an incredibly capable and flexible Conversation Analytics suite – automatically transcribing and analysing every call to identify intent, objections and trends, with Smart Outcomes and Conversion Barriers as ready-built applications on top to make deployment fast and impactful.

Yes. Smart Voice is Infinity's live AI voice agent for missed and out-of-hours calls. It answers the caller, understands why they're getting in touch, captures lead details and supports booking workflows, then feeds structured conversation data back into Infinity. Mediahawk doesn't offer an equivalent.

Yes. Caller Insight brings marketing and call information into Salesforce, can create Leads directly from calls, and lets downstream outcomes flow back to Infinity for attribution. Mediahawk includes HubSpot from its entry plan; broader CRM connections are available on request on its higher-tier plan.

Yes. Infinity can send call, goal, intent, outcome and revenue signals into Google Ads, depending on your setup, so campaigns optimise towards useful phone outcomes rather than treating every call the same. Mediahawk connects call data to Google Ads for reporting but doesn’t offer an equivalent AI-generated bidding signal.

G2 reviewers currently rate both platforms similarly on ease of use (8.6 for Infinity, 8.3 for Mediahawk), though Mediahawk's score is based on a much smaller sample of reviews. Infinity leads more clearly on quality of support (9.4 vs 8.3).

Yes. Moving provider involves updating your tracking numbers and replacing the tracking script on your site, alongside recreating any integrations, reporting and historical comparisons you rely on. Infinity's Customer Success team will help you plan the migration and protect continuity through the switch.

Yes – expert analysis is part of the offer, not an upsell. Rapid Insights Projects answer a specific question (why leads aren’t converting, where spend is being wasted) at a fixed price and scope, typically within weeks; Professional Services keeps that expertise available on an ongoing basis as your goals change.
