At Infinity we are always working on improving and developing new functions and features in our Portal but it doesn’t stop there. We want to ensure our users have all the support they need at their fingers tips, that is why we have recently re-designed the support site and are proud to launch the new Knowledge Base.
The Knowledge Base allows you to search hundreds of detailed articles, which explain all of our features, providing hints and tips, how to guides, and tons of informative videos.
The new structure and search function enables you to easily benefit from the wealth of information to support and enhance your experience when using the Infinity Portal.
If you can’t find an article that answers your question, please contact our support team and we can help with your query and update the Knowledge Base.
You are also able to rate all of the articles within the Knowledge Base, please let us know whether we have done a good job or if we need to do a little more work to ensure you have all the information you need.
