Infinity clients investing in paid social to generate sales and leads receive another edge ahead of the competition.

Following the launch of our Instagram and Facebook Ads Call Tracking Integration in 2020, Infinity is proud to announce that it has met the exceptional requirements needed to be selected as a Facebook Marketing Partner.

The highest standards, constantly met

As an Infinity client, what does this mean to you? Well firstly, you know you’re working with a call tracking provider that has continuously met rigorous standards set by Facebook. Our integration has been closely inspected over a sustained period of time and with a wide mix of clients.

Facebook Marketing Partners is a highly beneficial program for businesses, connecting them to a global ecosystem of approved specialists known for excellent service and technical skill. This gives Infinity direct access to partner-specific resources and support from Facebook, ensuring our integration is up to date and always ready to take advantage of the latest developments to Facebook Ads.

The Facebook Marketing Partner badge can only be displayed by companies who meet the highest standards of performance and service.

Tried, tested, loved

To prove we meet these standards, Infinity’s developers have been working closely with Facebook to demonstrate our credentials.

But that’s not all, our partner team have shown the benefits that Infinity clients are already getting from our integration with many already seeing benefits since the launch back in November.

Since integrating Infinity with our Facebook Ads manager accounts, we have been able to attribute the success of our campaigns much better, as we are able to include the number of qualified calls in reporting that was previously not available. The integration has also enabled us to create custom audiences to help refine campaigns further, such as to exclude users from campaigns that have already triggered a qualified call to reduce wasted spend and make ads more relevant to our target audience. An opportunity now available via this integration - one that we are really excited about - is to run a campaign optimised specifically towards this goal, incorporating click to call ads too.

Facebook products are currently used by over 3 billion people across the globe, with 180+ million businesses using Facebook’s services to connect with them. Infinity is excited to bolster our offering to these businesses and help more of them connect their social activity with the calls that matter to them.

Technology you can trust, service like no other

Of course, the standard of Infinity’s integration was one thing that lead to this acceptance as a Facebook Marking Partner. But our world-leading customer experience is also a key factor in what Infinity offers.

As well as winning the SaaS Company of the Year award in December’s Business Technology Awards, Infinity’s quality of service has led to two crucial, user-decided awards from G2, to go alongside our impressive 4.8/5 rating.

If you receive high value sales calls, Infinity’s Facebook Ads integration will tell you which campaigns led to which calls, as well as the call outcomes, keywords used, and revenue generated. This will prove what’s working, as well as informing future successful campaigns.
