The recent announcements regarding the lifting of lockdown throughout the UK have sent ripples of optimism throughout many industries, and few more than the travel industry. This was briefly touched on in our previous Pulse Check blog, but we felt deserves its own deeper dive.
Over the last two weeks we've seen many of our clients see some of their highest call volumes since last Summer, as consumers get a glimpse of clarity on when they could be able to travel once more.
