We store your Call Recordings for 1 month before permanently removing them from our database. We do offer you the option of extending this for a price per call recorded. If your call recording retention period is extended then all call recordings that have not yet been deleted will benefit from the new retention period.
If call recording retention period is shortened it will apply to all call recordings currently stored.
You can extend your storage at the below costs per call that has a recording. This will be applied to your monthly invoice:
